We'll start at the Todaiji Temple, one of Japan's most iconic landmarks. Admission ticket to the Great Hall of the Buddha is included. Inside, we'll see the impressive bronze statue of the Great Buddha and learn about the importance of Nara as the ancient capital of Japan.

Afterwards, we'll stroll through Nara Park, where sika deer live in the wild and are part of the city's identity. You can get up close to them and feed them with the traditional deer biscuits included in the sightseeing tour. You'll also have time to take photos and enjoy the natural surroundings.

Next, we'll walk through the sacred forest that leads to Kasuga Taisha. We'll visit the free-admission areas of the shrine, surrounded by numerous stone and bronze lanterns, while the tour guide explains its history and spiritual significance.

Finally, we'll head to the historic Naramachi district. You can stop for lunch at a local restaurant if you wish. Lunch is not included. Afterwards, we'll stroll through its traditional streets, where old merchant houses, small shops, and the atmosphere of Japan from another era are preserved.

At the end of the sightseeing tour, your tour guide can accompany you on foot to the station or to an agreed-upon location in downtown Nara.
