Sit down to a hearty meal of Mezze, the restaurant's selection of small plates. The menu changes with season & availability, but Haret Jdoudna makes a wonderful version of makdous, pickled eggplant with garlic & walnuts, as well as crisply fried halloumi cheese, & a wide variety of fresh salads & starters. Followed with a variety of chicken & beef barbeque prepared for your taste with special Arab delicious spices. There’s also a craft, mosaic, & souvenir shop on site, & after your meal, you are free to browse before meeting the driver for the return trip to Amman, where this culinary excursion experience concludes.
