Mikve Israel, is the oldest synagogue building still standing and in continious use in the Wesntern Hemisphere. Jewish Museum Curaçao, tell the story from the Jewish community since their arrival in 1651 and the new addition of WWII exhibition with Curaçao native war hero George Maduro and Anne Frank. The Giftshop has a variety of cards, books, souvenirs that celebrate the Jewish life and history of Curaçao.
