Hands-On Pasta Making Our chef will demonstrate how to make pasta dough from scratch. Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on experience kneading and shaping the dough! Personalised guidance and assistance to ensure perfect pasta every time. While we let the dough rest, take a stroll through our picturesque olive farm and gardens. Cooking and Tasting Gather around the table while the pasta cooks. Enjoy the pasta you've made, accompanied by the sauce of the day, local wine and other Tuscan delicacies. Last of all, a sweet treat. Enjoy a local desert! Farewell Don't forget to take home your recipe cards and tips to recreate the pasta dishes at home! We will drop off your group back at your Hotel/Accommodation or pick up point in Pisa or Lucca.
