Welcome to Tuscany! A brief overview of your time with us: Pick up from the meeting point, 15-20 min drive to the farm. Welcome drinks are served, a selection of local wine and refreshments. Hands-On Pasta Making Our chef will demonstrate how to make pasta dough from scratch. Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on experience kneading and shaping the dough! Personalised guidance and assistance to ensure perfect pasta every time. While we let the dough rest, take a stroll through our picturesque olive farm and gardens. Cooking and Tasting Gather around the table while the pasta cooks. Enjoy the pasta you've made, accompanied by the sauce of the day, local wine and other Tuscan delicacies. Last of all, a sweet treat. Enjoy a local desert! Farewell We will drop off your group back at your pick up point in Pisa or Lucca.
