Cooking Class + Meal: In this 3.5-hour experience, prepare 2-3 dishes from scratch, such as chaat (Indian street food), an Indian or Persian-inspired Southern main, and dessert. Learn to cook intuitively using spices and your senses to develop flavors, then sit down with Naina, and her family when they are home, to enjoy the meal you prepared. Wine or beer is included. 4-guest minimum. Market Tour + Cooking Class + Meal: Add a 1-hour guided visit to either Your DeKalb Farmers Market to discover local produce or Cherians Indian Grocery Store to discover Indian spices, produce, grains and ingredients. Naina will then drive you about 10 minutes to her Decatur home for your cooking class and meal. 4-guest minimum. Cooking Class + Take-Home Meal: In this 2-hour cooking class, cook 3 dishes from scratch with Naina, then pack up your freshly prepared meal to enjoy at home. 2-guest minimum.
