Activity itinerary

Learn about wellness, cooking and creating gourmet chocolates with fungi and plants. We will start giving examples of fungi and plants that can help from a day to day perspective. We will then go into gourmet chocolate making and go into the science of chocolates and how it interacts with fungi and plant matter. Last we will go into how to cook with mushrooms and how to create the right baseline of foods depending on the type of fungi.
