Overview

In this experience, from The fabulous outdoor terrace on the sea wall of La Paz, you will learn how the “Baja” style tacos are really made, experimenting from buying the fish or shrimp at a local market to making their sauces and dressings. You will also be taught to prepare the traditional Margaritas and Mezcalitos, as well as the Pacña drink “Double Canala”. Activity itinerary

It invites you to join this unimaginable experience that will last forever. Come and enjoy this UNIQUE EXPERIENCE and learn how to make the traditional "Baja" style fish or shrimp tacos. In this experience we will go to the local market to buy fresh fish and/or shrimp with which we will work. Here you can also learn to fillet your fish if you wish. The meeting point will be at 8 am outside the Casa del Artesano Sudcaliforniano on the Malecón de La Paz, from where you will start a walk to a local market very close where we will buy the freshest fish for the elaboration of our tacos. Afterwards, you will go directly to a spectacular terrace of one of the restaurants called Mariscos El Molinito, located in the middle of La Paz seawall, where you will elaborate outdoors each of the recipes under the supervision of one of the chefs. Then, teach you how to prepare traditional MARGARITAS, MEZCALITAS and DOUBLE CANALA. In the end, it will give you a gift from the region. the experience ends at the same departure point, the Casa del Artesano Sudcaliforniano on the seawall.
