The experience Backwaters of Alleppey on a Houseboat is something refreshing and beyond imagination.The Houseboat backwater programme has been designed for those who like to visit best canals in and around Alleppey . The houseboat make a trip through the below beautiful rivers and canals with an hour lunch break. . Houseboat makes a trip through some of the beautiful villages in Alleppey. These are Kainakari Village and Kuttithod and boat reach a place called Kuttamangalam.We provide 1hr country boat (which should be informed prior to trip) to experience the narrow canal called Kuttamangalam canal where houseboat cannot make a trip. This 1hr trip gives breath taking scenic beauty of the local village, paddy field etc. After an hour of this country boat trip, houseboat start moving towards its final location for halt. The boat halt between 1730hrs and 1800hrs for overnight stay

Punnamada Lake (Sambil lalu)

This is a part of Vembanadu Lake. It is famous for its natural beauty.

Irumbanam Thodu (Sambil lalu)

This is one of the narrow canal located in the famous Kainakari village. Passing through the canal you can see paddy fields, local villages, schools etc.

Meenapalli Paddy Field (Sambil lalu)

1330hrs Lunch at Meenappalli Kayal- small lake in the middle of alleppey backwaters.

Punnamada Lake (Sambil lalu)

75 ft in width, this river is very famous as snake boat race regatta is being conducted in this river every year. Since there is no bridge constructed over this river, you can see local people are using the country boat to cross the river.

SNDP Thodu (Sambil lalu)

This is another canal of approx 75 ft in width. you can see many local home, temple and restaurants on the banks of this river.
