What you can expect

  • We'll start in the fields of the agave landscape, where you'll learn everything about the origin of tequila. You'll learn directly from local farmers about the ins and outs of working in the fields and their key role in the quality of tequila.

Our second stop is a craft distillery, where you'll explore the traditional, semi-industrial, and industrial processes used to produce tequila. The experience culminates with a professional tasting in a crystal glass, paired with exquisite foods to bring out the tequila's flavors. Right here, we'll teach you how to tell a 100% tequila from a mixed one.

The third stop is in Amatitán, at the stunning vantage point overlooking the Tequila volcano and its agave fields. Here you can climb onto the giant swings and take incredible photos in the most beautiful spots of the “El Pedregal” hacienda. At this stop, we'll have the second tequila tasting, with an open bar, where we'll tell you about the history of the town that was actually the birthplace of this famous drink.

Then, we'll head to the charming Pueblo Mágico of Tequila. You'll have some free time to savor the typical cuisine, buy crafts, stroll through the colorful streets, and explore its iconic historical sites, such as the Jose Cuervo and Sauza haciendas, the iconic mural, and the famous TEQUILA letters in the middle of the main square.

Finally, we'll end the tour at the famous “Cantaritos El Güero,” where you'll enjoy the region's typical drink in a lively atmosphere, with live music that will make this an unforgettable experience.
