  • Le Tre Colombine is a family-run home restaurant in the heart of Praiano, with a stunning view of the Amalfi Coast. The name pays tribute to our grandmother Colomba, who passed on to us her love of cooking and traditional recipes.

    Here, we will welcome you like family, so you can enjoy an authentic experience of good food, smiles and unforgettable moments, in a relaxed atmosphere with a sea view.

    You can choose between two experiences:

    Cooking class with lunch or dinner included
    Lunch or dinner only in our home restaurant (no cooking class)

    During the cooking class, you will actively participate, step by step, in preparing traditional local dishes using fresh ingredients and simple techniques.

    ‍ WHAT YOU WILL DO (Cooking Class)
    Handmade preparation of gnocchi or scialatielli
    Make an authentic Neapolitan fried pizza: roll out the dough with your own hands, choose your favorite ingredients and create your own personalized pizza, which will be fried to order according to Neapolitan tradition.
    Making traditional tiramisu
    Preparation of bruschetta with fresh cherry tomatoes
    Discover family recipes and local techniques
    Final food tasting of the dishes prepared
    Sample of local limoncello

    At the end, you will sit down to enjoy a full lunch or dinner with a sea view.

    Choose between 2 options: cooking class with lunch or dinner included. Drinks not included in the price (available upon request).

    Land Menu + Cooking Class

    Appetizer: grilled zucchini and eggplant, fresh basil, cured ham and mozzarella bocconcini
    First course: handmade potato gnocchi with meat ragù cooked slowly according to tradition
    Dessert: tiramisu or ice cream

    Seafood Menu + Cooking Class

    Appetizer: Bruschetta with smoked salmon, ricotta cream, fresh herbs and lemon zest, accompanied by cucumber flower
    First course: handmade scialatielli with king prawns and cherry tomatoes, served with a creamy prawn sauce
    Dessert: tiramisu or ice cream
