A unique format designed to immerse participants in rural life through an authentic and engaging experience.
The goal is to create a deep bond between visitors and our family, sharing the roots and ancient traditions that make us unique. All this in the splendid setting of our garden, on the outskirts of Positano, with a view of Li Galli.

Experience schedule:

Guided visit to the estate: a route through citrus groves, olive groves, vegetable gardens, and vineyards, with explanations about local cultivation and production. Participants will personally harvest some of the ingredients to be used throughout the day.

Aperitif and food tasting: a convivial moment with authentic products made by us, including jams, extra-virgin olive oil, cheeses, cold cuts, and other farmhouse specialties.

Mozzarella demonstration: an opportunity to discover the artisanal process of making mozzarella, with the chance to watch and participate.

Cooking class: making fresh pasta from scratch and the traditional parmigiana di melanzane, guided step by step.

Final food tasting: sharing the dishes prepared in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, accompanied by glasses of local wine selected according to the personal tastes of the participants and the pairings with the chosen condiments.

Tasting of artisanal liqueurs: such as our limoncello and nocino, made with family recipes.

Final greetings and presentation of the certificate of completion, to end the experience with a special keepsake.
