Your journey begins in the charming historic town of Amarante, with 30 minutes of free time to explore, enjoy a coffee, or have a relaxed breakfast.

Continue through the valley’s stunning scenery toward Peso da Régua, the “capital” of the Douro Valley, where you’ll have one hour to enjoy a peaceful riverside lunch or a gentle stroll.

Next, travel along the legendary N222 road to Pinhão, a fairytale village in the heart of the Douro, where you’ll embark on a 1-hour river cruise surrounded by vineyard terraces and traditional quintas. After the cruise, enjoy 30 min free time to explore the area at your own pace.

Return to Porto around 4PM, refreshed and inspired by one of Portugal’s most beautiful landscapes.
