Continue with the Castle's oil mill, getting a close-up look at the production of extra-virgin olive oil, including the prestigious Laudemio, a symbol of the area's quality. As you ascend to the Vinsantaia della Torre Grande, you can admire the Vinsanto ageing barrels and enjoy a panoramic view of the Florentine hills.

The visit concludes with a guided food tasting of 4 selected wines and 2 extra-virgin olive oils, accompanied by “Fettunta” bread, local cold cuts and cheeses, as well as Vinsanto and typical almond Cantuccini.
