Mozzarella Tasting & Live Making Experience – Full Option
We will start with raw milk, transforming it into fresh cheese. You will smell the aroma of the warm whey as you are guided through each step of the preparation of authentic Apulian mozzarella and burrata. Witness the magic of artisanal craftsmanship and round off the experience with bruschetta and wine.
