We'll start with raw milk and turn it into fresh cheese. You'll smell the aroma of the warm whey as you're guided through each step of the preparation of authentic Apulian mozzarella and burrata. Witness the magic of artisanal craftsmanship and round off the experience with bruschetta and wine.
