After a brief introduction, the Pizza Class will begin, where each participant will receive their own kit to prepare the authentic Neapolitan dough from DA scratch. Gui DAti da Leonardo, pizza maker and host of Villa Angelina, you will discover the secrets of the art of pizza: from the working of the dough to the rolling out, from dressing with fresh local ingredients to cooking in a wood oven. After the lesson, a panoramic lunch will be served with freshly baked pizzas, a typical surprise dish of the Amalfi tradition and drinks included, enjoying the breathtaking view of the terrace. The experience will end with the delivery of the personalized diploma, the Villa Angelina apron and a souvenir photo with Leonardo, to bring with you the authentic taste and emotion of Amalfi.
