Begin your tour with a convenient pickup directly from your accommodation and set out to discover some of Johannesburg's most iconic locations.

Drive past one of the most lavish square miles in Africa as you pass through the suburb of Sandton. Drive past the Nelson Mandela Houghton Estate and see one of South Africa's most prestigious schools, St. John's College.

Pass by the Constitutional Court of South Africa and the Old Fort, Johannesburg's first prison and the prison where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned for a time as the only black prisoner to serve time here.

Pass through Braamfontein as you approach the famous Mandela Bridge on your way to Downtown Johannesburg. Pass by Ghandi Square and visit the Apartheid Museum before making your way to Soweto.

Finally, enjoy some free time at the Gold Reef City amusement park. Located on an old gold mine which closed in 1971, the park is themed around the gold rush that started in 1886 on the Witwatersrand, the buildings in the park are designed to mimic the same period.
