Starting from Pinhão, pass under the iron bridge designed by Gustave Eiffel. Continue along the River Douro, admiring hills of terraced vineyards with no cars in sight. Take in the scenic views of the oldest wine region in the world, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Once you reach the Roncão area, you will turn around and start the return journey to Pinhão. Although you will do the same stretch of the river on the way back, you will have a different point of view of the sights along the way.

The traditional Rabelo boats have open and closed areas, so navigation can be comfortably made in all kinds of weather, all year long.
