What you can expect

  • When you arrive at Domaine de Pratavone, located in the heart of the Ajaccio PDO area, you will be warmly welcomed by our team for an authentic immersion in the life of the estate.

    We will begin with an introduction to the family history and our philosophy, which is deeply rooted in respect for the terroir and Corsican traditions.
    You will then discover our winemaking and aging cellar, where we will explain the various stages involved in creating our vintages: from harvesting to bottling. You will see the oak barrels and the stainless steel vats, and learn how the unique balance of our wines is created.

    The tour continues in our tasting cellar, where you will enjoy a commented tasting of several of the estate's vintages. Each wine will be presented in its context, accompanied by explanations of the grape varieties and possible pairings.

    To enhance this experience, a small nustrale snack consisting of Corsican specialties will accompany the tasting. A convivial and welcoming moment of sharing, which will immerse you in the soul of the Corsican terroir and leave you with an authentic memory of the Domaine de Pratavone.
