Discover an authentic horseback riding experience in the Tuscan countryside near Pienza, where you can enjoy nature from horseback and connect deeply with the peaceful rural landscapes of Tuscany. This activity has a total duration of approximately 60–90 minutes and is conducted by an A.S.C. certified instructor holding a National Diploma recognized as SNaQ – Level 1 Outdoor Riding, ensuring professional guidance and high safety standards.

The experience begins with meeting the horse, followed by optional grooming time of up to 30 minutes to help you build confidence and familiarity with the animal. Afterwards, you will enjoy a guided group ride lasting between 45 and 60 minutes, adapted to rider experience, group level, and weather conditions to provide a comfortable and enjoyable journey through the countryside.

For children up to 13 years old, the horseback riding experience is conducted with the instructor leading the horse from the ground, ensuring maximum safety and comfort for young riders.

Experiences normally depart from the area near the main building.

Depending on the season, weather conditions, or horse welfare requirements, activities may depart from our valley stables located 5.1 km away (approximately 11 minutes by car via public roads). These stables are not easily accessible on foot, so guests must use their own vehicle. Transportation is not included.

If you choose to add lunch to your experience, please note that lunch service is available between 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM. As lunch is an optional addition to the activity, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance of your expected arrival time so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

For safety reasons, the use of a certified riding helmet is mandatory, and helmets are available on site. Participants must wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. Before beginning the activity, all guests must read and sign a liability waiver acknowledging the inherent risks associated with horseback riding activities, even when safety equipment is used.
