The dinner will take place along a journey through Piedmontese flavours. We will start with 5 tastings of appetizers, we will then continue with a tasting of Barolo risotto garnished with castelmagno, and as a second course we will offer a typical braised beef served with mashed potatoes. For dessert you can't miss the classic bonet!!! The wine…let's not forget the wine!!! A glass of Nebbiolo doc from Langhe will be included.
