What you can expect

  • The dinner will take place along a journey through Piedmontese flavours. We will start with 5 tastings of appetizers, we will then continue with a tasting of Barolo risotto garnished with Castelmagno, and as a second course we will offer a typical braised beef served with mashed potatoes. For dessert you can't miss the classic bonet. The wine—let's not forget the wine. A glass of Nebbiolo DOC from Langhe will be included. Water and wine included, all in a pleasant atmosphere near Porta Garibaldi.
