Also as a part of our cooking, we visit the local market (for classes with market tour) to learn and taste local exotic fruits and vegetables. There is always an abundance of new things to see and taste.

All our chefs are very fluent in English so you will have no problem understanding step by step instructions. They would be able to give much more information and answer all your doubts you might have regarding ingredients or other questions you have about thai cooking. Most importantly, you will also learn about the replacement of the important ingredients that you could use at home if that ingredient is not available. Cooking is done in a clean kitchen. Everyone has their own cooking stations You will make your own Curry Paste from scratch using Motar and Pestle (No MSG and no buying ready made ones from the market) Free transportation (Kata, Kata Noi, Karon, Rawai, Patong and Nai Harn).
