Next, learn to cook one of Phuket’s most famous dishes: stir-fried Mee Hokkien and Shrimp Sarong, using fresh and local ingredients. After this 30- to 45-minute cooking class, enjoy eating what you’ve made. Then, head out to the street to try a street-food dessert called Oh Aew, a sweet iced dessert made from flour, banana, and a little seaweed.

Head to Loba Bang Neaw, which opened in 1974 and evolved from a simple food stall to a shop, and is named after a savoury snack made from pork. This restaurant is famous for its deep fried dishes.
