  • Each set menu is fixed, so guests must choose one complete set (such as Meat, Seafood, or Thai). Items cannot be mixed between sets.
  • SEAFOOD SET: Salad with grilled shrimp, zucchini slices, mango, passion fruit dressing, sesame seeds, and edamame beans, baked cobia in miso glaze, served with bok choy, enoki mushrooms, and caper beurre blanc sauce and Volcano Dessert.
  • MEAT SET: Salad with grilled beef tenderloin, quail eggs, cherry tomatoes, capers, and Parmesan crisps, dressed with vitetto tonnato sauce, Duck breast with miso carrot purée and spiced cranberry sauce and Volcano Dessert.
  • MODERN THAI SET: Octopus with green curry sauce, roasted Thai eggplant, and chaom herbs, Tom Yum with seafood (prawn, octopus, squid, mussels, sea bass, red caviar), mushrooms, and tomatoes and Volcano Dessert.
  • COCKTAILS: Alcohol cocktails + Fruits or Alcohol-free cocktails + Fruits.

The experience begins at the Dinner in the Sky Lounge, where guests complete registration and safety procedures before being seated on a specially engineered dining platform designed in Belgium to meet the highest international safety standards. The platform is then gently lifted into the air by crane, revealing sweeping views of Phuket’s skyline and surrounding scenery. As the table rises, guests enjoy a refined atmosphere high above the ground. Depending on the selected session, guests may enjoy Cocktails in the Sky with drinks and light bites, or choose the more immersive Sunset or Dinner sessions, where the changing colors of the sky enhance the experience. For Sunset and Dinner sessions, guests select one of three three-course set menus—Seafood, Meat, or Modern Thai—expertly prepared by a professional chef and finished with the signature Volcano Dessert featuring a dramatic liquid nitrogen presentation. At the end of the session, the platform slowly descends back to the ground, allowing guests to continue their evening with unforgettable memories of dining in the sky above Phuket.
