Tour Start Time: 4:30 PM (late afternoon) Ferry Pick-up: Take the ferry to Arey Ksat Province around 4:00 PM. TukTuk to Meet The Province: After arriving, we'll give you a warm welcome! Then, we'll hop into our TukTuk and head to the local market. Local Market Tour: At the market, Sophors will explain the local produce and the meal we'll be cooking together. Fresh ingredients will be purchased during the market tour. Cooking Session: Back at Meet The Province, we'll start preparing our signature Khmer local dish, Chicken Amok. Sophors will guide you through the cooking process while sharing about how she grew up in the area. It's a great activity to escape the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh and immerse yourself in the local culture. Relax before going to bed: Relax in our beautiful elevated rooms with wooden floors. Enjoy the calm surroundings and wildlife. Bedtime Wake-up and breakfast: We will make a nice breakfast in the morning and bring you back to Areyksat ferry point.
