Duration: 1 hour: the private chef will guide you in the creation of two fish recipes.
Recipes: Vernazzina-style anchovy pie and another typical dish based on the catch of the day, with final tasting.
FOCACCIA & BREAD EXPERIENCE
BAKERY COURSE: Learn how to prepare real Focaccia Genovese and Marinaro bread
Duration: 1 hour: with first choice ingredients under the guidance of your Private Chef you will create the best Genoese Focaccia
