We'll provide the best ingredients for all the Experiences. During the preparation, you can enjoy our wine produced in Sestri Levante. Water's included. You'll get a "Chef" diploma with the old recipes and all the secrets to have fun with family or friends. You'll get the photos as a souvenir.
PESTO EXPERIENCE - You'll have the original Genoese mortar in Carrara marble to prepare the Pesto. You'll enjoy your Pesto best with traditional bread.
PASTA EXPERIENCE - You'll have everything you need to prepare traditional Genoese pasta. Traditional sauces will be provided. The best table will be reserved for you to enjoy the freshly prepared pasta.
WINE EXPERIENCE - We'll serve you 3 selected local wines and describe their characteristics. Our chefs will prepare local specialties for you that aren't always on the restaurant menu, selected and prepared for the occasion.

PESTO EXPERIENCE - Lunch or dinner aren't included. You can arrange an experience that also includes lunch or dinner.
PASTA EXPERIENCE - Any extras aren't included. Your pasta will be excellent and well-seasoned. If you want to try other specialties, you can order them separately.
WINE EXPERIENCE - The Wine Experience includes wine and a full tasting itinerary. It includes coffee, dessert, and liqueur. Any extras you ask for aren't included.

What you can expect

PESTO EXPERIENCE - Let's make Pesto together… we'll tell stories with the scent of basil in the air, accompanied by a good glass of local wine. You'll learn how to use the ancient Genoese mortar for your preparations, the origin of our basil, and a bit of history. I'll tell you about the traditional products. Once the Pesto is prepared, we'll spend some time savoring it together. The recipe is the same, but your Pesto will be unique. An authentic experience. You'll get a “Chef del Pesto” Diploma and the Ancient Recipe with all the secrets to make a great plate of “Trofie con il Pesto”

PASTA EXPERIENCE - Contact us and book the Pasta Making Experience. The experience includes a reservation at the best table to enjoy freshly made pasta.
