What you can expect

Venture off the coast of Portugal and discover the beautiful Berlenga Island on a HALF-DAY catamaran tour from Peniche. Head to the protected archipelago for a day of hiking on rugged trails and taking in the stunning scenery.

Enjoy a different 4 up to 5:30 hour mini cruise where you will take you to see extreme beauty places along the coast of Peniche.

Upon arriving at the island you can walk the trails; take a boat tour of the caves (extra); or visit Fort St. John, the Baptist. Very often dolphins come to pay a visit and swim by boat.

The Berlengas archipelago is a group of small islands located 5.7 miles off the coast of Peniche and comprises Berlenga, Estelas, and Farilhões islands. Berlenga is the only inhabited island. In 2011 UNESCO classified the Berlengas as a “World Biosphere Reserve”, which is indicative of the rich fauna and flora that can be found on the islands.
