What you can expect

This practice is a process of relaxation, known in Japan as shinrin yoku. The method of being calm and quiet among the trees, observing nature, help to de-stress and boost health also we combine with Balinese Cleansing way.
We start with Walking Meditation, to maintain our breath and our step, slow walking with silent in the rain forest, share your soul with the trees, to hugging, touching, playing with them. Also there is session of meditation in the forest and purification, we called Melukat and Kumkuman
