The tour starts from Bucharest and you will be travelling for 2 hours to get to the scenic town of Sinaia where Peles Castle is located. The castle is considered one of the most beautiful ones in Romania and Europe. Former residence of the Romanian royal family, the castle was built in an elegant Neo-Renaissance and Gothic revival style at the wish of King Carol I of Romania between 1873 and 1914. Peles Castle is one of the most important historic edifices in Romania. With unique character, a historical and artistic value, it definitely is an important monument of its kind in 19th century Europe. In 1883 Peles Castle was officially inaugurated serving as the summer residence of the royal family until 1948.
Bran Castle (Dracula's Castle)

You will continue the day, and in about one hour driving trought the Carpathian Mountains, will arrive at Bran Castle. Also called Dracula's Castle, surrounded by an aura of mystery and legend,owes its fame to its imposing towers and turrets as well as to the myth created around Bram Stocker's Dracula.Along the history, the Castle had a strategic mission being the border between Transylvania and Wallachia.

The city was first attested in 1252 under the Latin name Corona or the German name Kronstadt, which means "Crown City". Traces of the German colonists can be seen in the gothic, baroque and renaissance architecture, and together with the wealth of historical attractions, makes Brasov one of the most visited places in Romania.
