We are in Valpolicella Classica, where these fine red wines famous all over the world are produced thanks to careful harvesting work in the vineyard.
You will visit the historic cellars of a farm in Valpolicella, the land of wine, one of which dates back to the 1300s, by the friars of San Bernardino who at the time resided in the Church. You will also discover our dedicated room, where we keep the historic vintages of Valpolicella and Amarone, our finest wines.
The tasting of these four wines offers a complete overview of the Valpolicella Classica wine production, from the younger and lighter version to the more complex and full-bodied, with accompainment of breadsticks.
