A holistic 1.5 hour Yoga experience with a trained Yoga practitioner and teacher. The class includes not just postures and physical exercises but also breathing exercies, meditation and relaxation techniques. The teacher is careful to modulate the session as per the requirements, physical condition and special needs of each guest. The classes are unique as they not only tell you the correct way of doing yogic exercise but also introduce guest to the other as important parts of breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation.
