The monastery's walls, soaring over 15 meters high, define dimensions of 53 meters from north to south and 70 meters from east to west, creating an awe-inspiring presence. Cave of the Apocalypse:
Our next destination is the Cave of the Apocalypse, a holy sanctuary where tradition holds that John the Evangelist received divine revelations and transcribed the Book of Revelation with his student Prohoros. As you step into the “Holy Cave,” you'll sense the profound spirituality that permeates this sacred space, making it a destination for worship and reflection.

Chora (Old Town):
Wander through the charming medieval town of Chora, with its narrow streets, whitewashed houses, and panoramic views. Discover local shops, quaint cafes, and the vibrant atmosphere of the island’s main town.

Windmills:
Stop to admire the iconic windmills of Patmos, perched on scenic hillsides and offering panoramic views of the sea and surrounding landscapes—perfect for photos and a taste of traditional island life.
