This is an opportunity to discover the rural side of Pasto through a visit to one of its districts, where, after requesting permission from the land, we will visit a chagra (small farm), learn about the crops and how the gardens are organized, harvest the produce, and prepare a dish that symbolizes the countryside, the locro,
locro, under the guidance of a traditionalist, who will share the symbolism and significance of this hearty soup.
Mid-morning snack: callana arepas with cheese or hojaldras with cheese, panela water or coffee, seasonal fruit.
