Immerse yourself in the world of Tuscan artisanal pasta with an exclusive experience inside the Antico Pastificio Morelli, founded in 1860 and now in its sixth generation.
The experience begins with a guided visit to the pasta factory in operation, where you can closely observe all the stages of pasta processing, from the selection of raw materials to drying. You will discover the special feature that makes Pasta Morelli unique: the reintroduction of fresh wheat germ into the semolina, which gives the pasta an intense aroma and flavor.
You will continue with a visit to the Pasta Museum, an immersive route that tells the story of pasta and the art of milling through historical machinery, period tools, and multimedia content.
At the end of the tour, you can stop by the pasta factory shop, where you will find over 60 shapes of pasta and exclusive brand products.
The experience ends at the MO Gourmet Restaurant, where you can enjoy a lunch or dinner of artisanal pasta in an elegant and contemporary setting.
A complete journey through tradition, culture and haute cuisine in the heart of Tuscany.
