We will prepare: - two types of fresh handmade pasta: Tagliatelle and Ravioli (pasta filled with ricotta and spinach, the special recipe in grandmother Lina) - meatballs with tomato sauce with the recipe of my grandmother Siliana - finally I will show you how to prepare a good homemade ice cream We will use high quality raw material, local and largely organic. During the cheerful hours we will spend together you can drink excellent Tuscan wines. In spring and summer we will eat on the terrace of the villa surrounded by countryside. A beautiful view of the city of Florence and the Tuscan countryside awaits you.
