Your experience begins with a warm welcome and aperitivo, where you’ll enjoy a small appetizer paired with a refreshing drink. As you settle in, your host will introduce you to the world of traditional Italian pasta-making. Then, roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with the pasta-making process! You’ll mix, knead, and shape classic pasta dishes such as bigoli, tagliatelle, or ravioli, following techniques passed down for generations in Venetian kitchens.

Once your pasta is ready, it’s time to celebrate and indulge! Sit around the table, toast with a bottle of wine (one per three guests), and enjoy the dish you’ve just crafted.
