The visit begins with a walk through our olive groves, where you'll discover the secrets of cultivating and producing extra virgin olive oil. We will tell you the history of our land and explain all the stages of processing, from the manual harvesting of the olives to the extraction of the oil according to traditional and sustainable methods.

You will continue to the vegetable fields, where you can see, touch and, when possible, directly harvest the produce grown without chemical treatments. You will discover the variety and seasonality of the vegetables, enjoying an authentic and engaging agricultural experience.

The visit continues in the farm, where you will meet our animals, which are raised with care and respect. You'll be able to observe their feeding up close and interact with them safely, making the experience educational and suitable for children as well.

You will conclude the route with a guided food tasting of our typical products. You will taste the highest quality extra virgin olive oil and other local specialties, learning to recognize the sensory characteristics of the oil and discovering how to pair it in the kitchen.
