Experience the slow rhythms, scents and flavors of the Sicilian countryside in a unique way by participating in harvesting activities.
Start with a leisurely walk through the family vineyards and harvest the grapes by hand. Your guide will then take you to the old farm building where you can remove the grapes from the bunches, press them and taste the very fresh must. Subsequently, through a visit to the cellar, you will learn the secrets of grape processing and wine aging.
In the cellar or on the veranda overlooking the garden, you will find a delicious brunch of five typical Sicilian appetizers, including citrus jams, vegetables from our oil, organic honey, olive oil produced by us. The brunch will be enriched by the tasting of the white and red wines produced in the cellar
