Then, with the guidance of an Emilian sfoglina, you will get your hands dirty and prepare the classic tortelli d'erbetta: from the dough to the filling, right up to closing them with your own hands. All step by step, without rushing, with practical advice and a lot of attention.

When the tortelli are ready, we will sit down together to enjoy them, accompanied by a typical Parmesan dessert. It will be a simple moment but full of flavor and conversation among the participants.
