Step into the world of French pastry with our Millefeuille Making Workshop in Paris, where you’ll create this timeless dessert from scratch. Designed by the renowned 18th-century French pastry chef François Pierre de la Varenne, the millefeuille (also known as the “Napoleon”) is a symbol of French pastry craftsmanship, featuring delicate layers of puff pastry and smooth, rich pastry cream.

During this 3-hour class, you will work side-by-side with a professional pastry chef, learning the intricate techniques required to make both the puff pastry and the silky cream. From folding dough to achieving the perfect texture, every step is covered in detail. You’ll also have the chance to personalize your millefeuille with decorative touches before baking and assembling your final creation.

The workshop is designed for pastry lovers of all skill levels, whether you're a novice eager to learn or an experienced baker looking to refine your skills. You’ll not only leave with your own delicious millefeuille, but also a newfound appreciation for the artistry behind this classic dessert. At the end of the session, take home your creation in specially provided transport packaging, ensuring it arrives safely for you to enjoy later.
