The tour continues with a walking tour of Île de la Cité, an island in the middle of the Seine River and the birthplace of Paris. Your guide will also point out several monuments including the building where Marie Antoinette was imprisoned, Paris' prettiest square Place Dauphine, and the gorgeous Pont Neuf bridge.

As afternoon stretches toward evening, your guide will walk with you in the direction of the Eiffel Tower. They'll show you where to purchase tickets to climb to the top if you're interested. Before saying farewell to your guide, they will also give you a ticket to board a Seine river cruise as the streetlights cast their dreamy glow on the water, or save your river excursion for the following morning.
