Discover the rich flavors and history of Le Marais, one of Paris's most charming and diverse neighborhoods. On this walking food tour, you'll taste your way through classic French favorites and global delights, while exploring the elegant streets, hidden courtyards, and stories that make this district so special.
We’ll begin near Rue de Rivoli, just by Saint-Paul station, with a freshly baked croissant or viennoiserie. As we walk, we’ll pick up artisan breads from a traditional bakery and select fine cheeses from a local shop. Then it’s time to sit down and enjoy a warm, melty croque-monsieur in a café once visited by Jim Morrison, paired with both red and white wines.
The adventure continues into the Jewish quarter for a taste of freshly made falafels—one of the area’s most beloved street foods. To finish on a sweet note, we’ll stop at a high-end chocolatier for incredible artisan chocolates and colorful macarons.
Along the way, your local guide will share stories about the area’s history, architecture, and food culture. You’ll see Place des Vosges, medieval houses, and elegant townhouses from the Renaissance period, all while discovering how Parisian life and gastronomy go hand in hand.
As always, the experience ends with a delicious dessert and our signature Secret Dish. Come hungry, leave happy!
