Just an hour from central Paris (by car or train), this charming 17th-century stone house in a peaceful hamlet along a river offers a perfect escape. Your hosts Cosima and Frédéric will welcome you warmly (couples, families, group of friends all welcome!). Relax in the tranquil garden with 50 bamboo species, and explore a home where time seems frozen for 100 years. Inside, you'll find traces of history—WWII shrapnel and WWI soldiers' graffiti.
Enjoy a welcome apéritif and appetizers, followed by a delicious French two-course meal, with wine, cheese, dessert and coffee (no pre-set menu, let yourself be surprised!). Discover Cosima's artwork in her studio and stroll along the river to medieval ruins. Forge friendships with your hosts, in this private, serene retreat, away from the city’s noise and heat!
