What you can expect

The workshop kicks off with a warm welcome centered around the scent of cocoa. Christophe BERTHELOT-SAMPIC, a passionate Master Chocolatier, will immerse you in the world of chocolate: its history, its origins, and the richness of its 600 aromas.

You'll learn to taste three rare chocolates®, recognize their aromatic notes, and understand the manufacturing process, from bean to bar. Then it's time to get hands-on: everyone makes their own chocolate mendiants, decorated with traditional dried fruits.

The experience ends in a good mood, with friendly exchanges and tips on how to recreate these treats at home.
