- This tour operates all year round (excluding Carnaval, 25th December, 1st January).
- Buses depart from Stop 1 Balboa Plaza. Balboa Boutiques Kiosk is open 8am - 5pm
- Departures from Stop 1 at 8:30am, 9:45am, 11am, 12:15pm, 1:30pm and 2:45pm (Monday - Sunday)
- Tour duration - 2.5 hours approximately
- Depending on the season, the number of buses in circulation may be adjusted, which could lead to changes in waiting times
- Cruise Passengers: Please locate the City Sightseeing buses outside of the cruise terminal, where you will exchange your hop-on hop-off ticket with the City Sightseeing staff or bus driver upon boarding the bus
- Mobile and paper vouchers are accepted on this tour and can be redeemed at any of the bus stops along the route. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from travel date selected at check-out
