What you can expect

Experience and discover authentic Palermo cuisine with a local chef who will take you to their small kitchen workshop in the heart of Palermo, just a short walk from the cathedral.
The experience will begin with a discussion of the ingredients used to prepare a typical Palermo menu, which includes the following:
