The tasting includes 2 glasses of white wine and 2 glasses of red wine, all selected from native Sicilian grape varieties, such as Carricante, Catarratto, Grillo, Insolia, and Zibibbo for the whites, and Nero d'Avola, Perricone, Frappato, or Nerello Mascalese for the reds. In addition, during the tasting experience, you will be offered a platter of local artisanal cured meats and cheeses to pair with the wines.
